This is *Command K, an informational briefing by Tim Finch
In the year that I haven’t touched this project I’ve learned to stop trying so much. Ironically this is something I had to fight for. In this evolution of what once was *Not a Newsletter — I want to focus on releasing information in a way that speaks to me. It’s easy to get caught up in presenting an idea in the way(s) that your peers do. But, there’s something special about finding your own way of speaking to the world. The goal here is to share. Nothing more. Nothing less.
For the last 10 years the team at Landscape has been making work that is nothing less than breathtaking. This celebratory publication commemorates ten years of memories, lessons, and everything in-between. Grab one here or if you live close — borrow my copy.

Recently, our team at Distant Community had the pleasure of hosting the second installment of our Can I Show You Something series. In session we watch Distant members Raven Mo, Nevin McRay, Bianca Albino, and Olivia Crandall each show us how to utilize the Google Workspace in creative ways that make your life easier and more exciting.
Ever since I bought my Contax G1 I’ve been obsessed with taking more and more photos. When beginning the journey from full-time photographer to creative director — I began the practice of taking images for fun. In an effort to share more, here are some images from that last few months.
Until next time,
Tim
